The UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, has reported that
regime forces bombarded the the al-We'er neighbourhood, and the old
neighbourhoods of Homs province on Thursday. At least two civilians,
including a child, were killed as a result in al-We'er and several
people were injured.
